I hope you all had a good one EH!

I am sitting here on a park bench, in a backyard, having just enjoyed an Epic Admiral BBQ Concoction of my own design.  I can here Kim Mitchell and Peter Fredette performing 5km away.  As the wind blows in our favour, we can hear the sweet sound of a proud Canadian performance on this historic Canada Day.

For what was is no more and what is his history revisited.

For only here would we see a moose in a backyard.  Clearly this is no longer Toronto, but a more southern, western, hospitable locale.  The move is done as the next iteration of the Studio is assembled, configured, reset and in many ways upgraded.

For who we are is but an evolution on our past experiences and experimentation.

Back in 2009, I started looking into furthering my knowledge of key elements.  It was my belief that these elements would mark a significant milestone in both management theory and collaborative engagement across the entire enterprise.

As I sit here with a 2009 French wine that has been aged to its intended specifications, I cannot but wonder how much has happened in the time it took for that wine to be corked, shipped, stored and uncorked.  Much like this wine, I am not the same as I was when first the bottle was prepped for this voyage.

Could we be closer to perfection? Yes we can! Is this a moment of connected intent and expectations, both good and bad? Yes it is!  What better way to celebrate all that, but to explode in a moment of frustration as what could be.

Happy Canada Day Brantford, #TDGv is in your Backyard,

Rob
